Omadacycline, vancomycin, and rifampin, as well as rifampin combination therapies, were evaluated in an experimental rat model of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) osteomyelitis. All treatment groups had less MRSA recovered than saline-treated animals.
